    Vintage Carolyn Francis Art Pottery Sculpture Face Jug / Vessel - "Booger Bottle".
    Acquired in the early 80's from an Alabama estate, it is signed on the side near the bottom.

    We finally have the true & correct info on this ...
    Originally someone contacted us about this piece and wrote ... "This was made by Cecil Francis from Dandridge Tennessee. He passed away over 10 years ago. He called these Booger Jugs. It was made in the early 80's. He was my art teacher back in the day."
    As it turns out, that person was not totally correct.
    Please Note: We finally have the true & correct info on this ...
    We were contacted about this piece from the family of Carolyn Francis who recently passed away from complications due to the 2020 Pandemic.
    Having discovered our listing on eBay, they wanted to "set the record straight" as to who made this and we are grateful to them for this info.
    Our condolences to the family for their recent loss.
    As it turns out, this was actually made by Carolyn Francis, the wife of Wendell Francis, an Art teacher who lived in Dandridge, Tennessee.

    Having a few surface smudges as can be seen, this has no chips, cracks or damage found.
    Very heavy, measuring 8" x 7" x 6-3/8" high (7-1/4") to the top of the cork stopper, this is outstanding in every way ... excellent!
