I used it to carry my quilt project to classes.  Lots of storage pockets, zippered pockets etc.  I stored my project, rulers and books inside.  It can be worn over your shoulder or carried with the hand holds.  There is a few spots on the front.  It looks like white fabric pencil marks.  This is used but in good shape.  All the plastic fronts are in tact with no holes.  Zippered compartments are working exactly the way they are supposed to.  Very convenient when taking classes.
