LiftHeavies Wrist Wraps are sold in pairs. They replace expensive athletic tape or bulky velcro wraps as the primary way to protect your wrists during CrossFit, Weightlifting and Gymnastic workouts. We make them with 100% cotton ripstop, denim or cotton twill fabrics. They are solidly built and, unlike other brands of wrist wraps they are 35 inches long by 3 inches wide for full support!.
Our wrist wraps are easy to put on, and easy to tighten and loosen. They do not feel "slippery" or flimsy. LiftHeavies feature a loop, so you can hang them to dry or between uses. They are easy to care for: Just wash them in cold water. One of our unique features is the great looking protective mesh pouch.
