19 Creative Memories 12x12 Hanging Folders - Scrapbooking. Condition is "Used but very good. Theses could be used with a box or without (hanger is removable) as a folder. These were used with an older style Creative Memories Professional organizational and display box. It was the Creative memories file case that zipped up. They will hold up to 12x12 paper. They are a clear vinyl with black hanger designed to fit in the storage case.. Some show signs of gentle use mainly from being stored outside of the box in my closet, but overall they look very good and work as designed. Includes 20 new labels for the Folders., The black hanger can be removed and these could be used as regular folders. The hangers will be removed to make packaging them easier. The last photo shows how to easily insert them into the folder.They come from a smoke free environment. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
